  1. Product Quality
    We strive to deliver the highest quality clear ice products. However, due to the nature of ice, we cannot guarantee against natural melting or sticking together that may occur due to improper freezer storage or handling after delivery.
  2. Ordering and Delivery
    • Contact us for minimum order information.
    • Delivery schedules are subject to availability and location.
    • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
  3. Pricing and Payment
    • Contact us for price quotes for clear ice and delivery.
    • Payment is net 30, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
    • For special events or large orders, a deposit may be required.
  4. Cancellations and Refunds
    • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before scheduled delivery.
    • Refunds or replacements will be discussed on a case by case basis.
  5. Storage and Handling
    • Customers are responsible for proper storage and handling of ice upon delivery.
    • We are not liable for any issues arising from improper storage or handling after delivery.
  6. Custom Orders
    • Custom shapes or branded ice may require additional lead time and fees.
    • Custom orders are non-refundable once production has begun.
  7. Equipment Rental
    • Any ice storage equipment provided remains the property of Clear Standard Ice.
    • Customers are responsible for any damage to rented equipment beyond normal wear and tear.
  8. Liability
    • Clear Standard Ice is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
  9. Force Majeure
    • We are not responsible for delays or failures in performance resulting from acts beyond our control.
  10. Intellectual Property
    • All logos, trademarks, and designs related to Clear Standard Ice are our exclusive property.
  11. Modifications
    • We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
  12. Governing Law
    • These terms are governed by the laws of California, USA.
